Green House Village

Sustainable agriculture never looked so good!

Designed in collaboration with our sister comapny READ SKN

Geodesic architecture empowering farmers, protecting crops, and advancing food security.

An innovative initiative designed to transform agricultural resilience and sustainability in the federation. Guided by the principles of SDG2: Zero Hunger, the project integrates advanced greenhouse management systems to mitigate the effects of hurricanes, pests, and climatic extremes.

Rooted in the island’s heritage—Liamuiga, meaning “fertile land”— the design employs geodesic domes as its architectural centerpiece. These structures maximize solar gain, optimize air circulation, and achieve exceptional energy efficiency, using up to 75% less energy than conventional forms. Their high volume-to-surface ratio reduces material demand while expanding usable interior space.

Beyond cultivation, the master plan incorporates essential support facilities including security, storage, and administrative offices, creating a holistic environment for structured agricultural development. This proposal stands as a model of sustainable design, food security, and architectural innovation in the Caribbean.
